Full-Day Classes

Three live Zoom classes from 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with one instructor and project featured each day.

Exclusive Retreat Projects and Kits

Each instructor has created a special project exclusively for this retreat. Project kits are purchased separately and will be offered in several colorways so you can select the version that speaks to you. Complete project descriptions, kit information and pricing are available on the class page.

All three project kits are required for this retreat. This ensures every attendee has the exact beads and components needed to participate fully in each instructor's class.

When the color samples are ready, registered attendees will receive a private link to make their selections. Each instructor will then invoice you for their kit.

Combined Kit Shipping

Kits will be shipped together from Beki's studio to help attendees avoid paying several separate shipping charges. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping, and every effort will be made to keep that cost as low as possible.

Retreat projects are Intermediate to Advanced skill level. Please come to class with a working knowledge of the techniques used.

How Registration Works

Submit Your Form

Choose your preferred weekend and complete the registration form at the bottom of this page.

Watch for My Email

Registrations are processed manually in the order received. I will email you with your payment link.

Complete Payment

Pay the $370 registration fee promptly. Your seat is reserved only after payment has been received.

Payment in full is due immediately upon email confirmation of your registration in order to reserve your seat.

Important Retreat Details

Please review the following information before submitting your registration.

Weekend Preference and Room Placement

Once you select your preferred weekend, you will not be able to change it. Please coordinate with friends before submitting your form.

We will make every effort to place you in a Zoom room with your friends. Each Zoom room is limited to 20 attendees.

Please submit only one registration per person. Resubmitting creates additional administrative work.

Kit Ordering and Additional Kits

Kit ordering will be time sensitive because shipping can occasionally be unpredictable. Several weeks are being allowed to help ensure that all kits arrive before retreat time.

It is your responsibility to watch for each instructor's invoice. If you do not receive an expected invoice by the date provided with the ordering information, please contact that instructor.

You may have an opportunity to order additional kits. Availability will depend upon the colorways selected by registered attendees, and extra kits will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified in advance of the date and time they become available.

Email Communication

You will receive periodic emails before the retreat containing schedule details, class information, kit instructions, supply information and other important updates.

Please provide a valid email address and notify us if it changes. Add to your address book to help ensure that retreat emails reach your inbox.

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are processed through PayPal.

International attendees should contact us to discuss payment arrangements that best suit their needs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once payment has been submitted, there are no refunds for cancellations.

You may sell your seat to someone else if needed, but you must notify us. Only approved and registered attendees will receive invitations to the Zoom classes.

Your ability to attend the virtual classes through Zoom is your responsibility. Helpful information will be provided for first-time Zoom attendees.

Single-Attendee Registration Policy

Each registration is limited to one person's attendance.

More than one person attending under a single registration without prior approval—or two attendees appearing on camera when only one is registered—may result in immediate termination of attendance without a refund.
