Class Description: Fairy Pools is a magical place in Scotland located in the Isle of Skye, it’s like something out of a fairytale. These shimmering crystal clear pools of teal and aquamarine hues nestled in the heart of Glen Brittle attract thousands of visitors every year including swimmers to brave their icy waters. Similarly, the fairies are said to flutter nearby and bathe in the pools.

With this project you can master bead embroidery. Working with different shaped crystals, rhinestone chains and finest Japanese and Czech beads will boost your creativity for your own future designs. The beaded rope itself is a great study of tubular netting and tubular twisted herringbone stitch. Through this project you will have an excellent overview of bead embroidery techniques and selecting the proper quality materials.
Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced
Techniques used: cabochon bezels, bead embroidery, tubular netting, twisted herringbone stitch.

Kit includes: Kit comes along with wire-bound color print out of the instructions, carefully selected flashy top quality labradorite cabochon, all crystals, rhinestone chains, finest quality Japanese and Czech beads. Kit contains foundation and fine genuine metallic lambskin leather as backing. Thread, needles are included.
