The Retreat fee does NOT include:
• Class Kits

​Please note that retreat projects are always Intermediate to Advanced skill level. Please arrive to class with a working knowledge of techniques used.


Kits are mandatory for this event and each teacher will be offering their kits in several colorways.

Once your deposit has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter by email verifying your reserved space at the retreat (this is done manually, please be patient with me)

You will also receive periodic information by email before the retreat that will provide you with all the details about the schedule, classes, kits, supply information and additional information.  Please make sure you provide a valid email address and keep us updated if it changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To reserve your space in the Beaders Dream Retreat a $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
Beaders Dream Retreat reserves the right to decline registration at our discretion.

Fully paid registered spaces are transferable in the event you are unable to attend at the last minute. We would be happy to put you in touch with the next person on the waiting list.
There are no refunds 60 days prior to the date of the event.

In the unlikely event that the governor of California should limit or prevent gatherings indoors of this size the venue will only allow us to postpone our event for a future date per their contract.  If the venue has been paid in full prior to this mandate going into effect your monies will not be refunded.  Your attendance will be rolled over to the next available postponement date of this event only.  Your registration cannot be applied to other events we offer.


We encourage you to obtain Cancellation and/or Travel Insurance. Beaders Dream Retreat, Beki Haley Designs or any of our subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for your cancellation for any reason. .
Should Beaders Dream Retreat need to cancel the event any monies you have paid will be refunded in full.

Health & Safety Protocols
Proof of Vaccination for the SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 virus are REQUIRED to attend this event. After your deposit or payment in full is received you will be sent a separate link to provide a copy of your vaccination.
Failure to provide proof of your vaccination will void your attendance and your non-refundable deposit will NOT be returned.
At the time of this publication the mask mandate has been lifted for the location of this event. Should a mandate go into effect prior to our event you agree to follow all rules and regulations as set forth by the state of California. 

Failure to do so could result in your termination to attend this event with no refund.
